What is the difference between temporary and outsourced staff?
Temporary staffing covers transitional needs, such as replacing employees or handling increased demand, under Brazilian Law No. 6,019/1974. With outsourcing, the company contracts the provision of a service, under Law No. 13,429/2017. We help you assess which model best fits your needs.
