Accessibility Statement

Updated on October 14, 2026

JF Soluções em Recursos Humanos wants everyone, including people who are blind or have low vision, who are deaf, who have motor disabilities or who cannot speak, to be able to use this website independently.

Our commitment

We aim to meet level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and the Brazilian e-Government Accessibility Model (eMAG), Brazil's reference for digital accessibility.

We do so in compliance with the Brazilian Law for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (Law No. 13,146/2015), whose article 63 makes accessibility mandatory on websites maintained by companies headquartered or commercially represented in Brazil.

How we evaluate

With every change to the website, continuous integration (CI) runs automated axe-core tests (Playwright) that check the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules on the main pages and languages. Automated keyboard tests (operating the accessibility panel and focus in forms) and reflow tests (text enlarged to 150% on 320 px and 1280 px screens, with no horizontal scrolling) also run.

A manual review with screen readers (NVDA and VoiceOver) is scheduled; this statement will be updated with the results.
